1. Digital products
All products are digital PDF files delivered electronically immediately after the payment is verified. Because access is granted instantly, the right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply once the download has started, where the buyer has agreed to immediate delivery.
2. When we issue a refund
If a file is damaged, cannot be opened, or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair the file or refund the purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Send your order number and a short description of the problem through the contact page. We respond to refund requests as quickly as possible.
